At STRIVE TLC, we believe instructional coaches play a critical role in strengthening teaching, learning, and student success. Every day, coaches support teachers through collaboration, data analysis, lesson planning, professional learning, and meaningful feedback that leads to growth.
To celebrate this important work, STRIVE TLC is proud to recognize outstanding instructional coaches through our STRIVE TLC Coaching Excellence Award for the 2025–2026 school year.
This award honors coaches who demonstrate exemplary expertise in the following areas:
- Data-Driven Leadership – Leading faculty and staff in analyzing data and making informed instructional decisions
- Curriculum Planning – Guiding teachers in designing standards-based lessons, assessments, and instructional materials
- Feedback – Observing instruction and providing meaningful coaching and support using a variety of expert coaching methods
- Professional Development – Providing targeted, relevant, and high-quality learning opportunities for educators
